Puppy
she was spayed on the 23rd, i believe, i'm noticing some less than desirable ickyness around her lady parts (a few rash pimples too) and wondering if i should just take a warm wash towel to her. I did buy some puppy shampoo as well.

Good Dog
It is not uncommon for pediatric spays to be done in shelters and rescues.

Usually you do not bathe a dog until after sutures are removed.

As far as a rash around the vulva. You can use baby wipes.

It is also not uncommon for pups to have a little pyoderma (skin infection) unless it is really bad many vets will not use antibiotics because you want the puppy's immune system to fight it off.

Do you have any pics?
