What the h is this!?

    I found this on my leg during work yesterday.
    What is it!?!? :confused:

    Sorry about the crappy picture. It has 6 legs, about 0.5in long, and symmetrical markings.

    It's a beetle larva, no idea what species. You may be able too find out through the powers of google.

    Looks a lot like a lady bug larvae... They scare me.

    OMG you're totally right! That's crazy! How does that become a lady bug!?
    BTW it's still alive, I saved it in a pill vial. I will go ahead and release it now (I was considering looking at it under a microscope after it died, but it's still alive).

    Wow, I never saw a ladybug larva...and we used to be overpopulated with them in PA.
