Not a brown recluse but I have no idea. I have seen a good site for identifying spiders before though. If I find it again I will post it.

    Maybe an Arizona Brown Spider?

To my untrained eye it looks like a type of Huntsman and a male at that.

Yeah, it's a huntsman. Harmless, but big and scary looking to a lot of people.
FYI, the Arizona brown IS a brown recluse. There's more than one subspecies, just like with black widows. But recluses wouldn't get as big as a huntsman in their wildest little spider dreams =)

My bad. I am not a big spider person lol I just looked up Arizona spiders online and was trying to match up the pictures. Not to mention I was a little tipsy while doing it lol

Yea he was fast but I am a professional capturer hehehe. Harmless? oh damn now I feel bad for killing freddy. He freaked me out pretty bad as I am not too keen on creepy crawlers, but if its not able to bite or kill me, than I dont mind any of em.

all spiders can bite you, and all spiders carry venom. Some spiders venom is just pretty much harmless, like a bee sting, or a fire ant sting.

Yes, some ants STING, they only bite to get a hold, then curl their bodies under for a sting. Ants are descended from wasps.

Just thought that was interesting, lol.
