What would you do? This actually happened to person as a treatment for a broken toe. The reason was so the dog will not step on the foot, thus allowing the toe to heal......(this was posted to a FB group) vet.jpg

I would build a big ass kennel with the money from a lawsuit and certainly find a new vet.

If my vet ever lost their mind and tried this sort of archaic, backwoods shit they heard of from the good ol' boy down the road where they grew up (same one that pours salt and bacon grease down a dog's throat when it eats insecticide and "treats" mange with used motor oil), they'd be looking at reports to the state boards and a fun lawsuit.

Why are people so surprised? MALPRACTICE is common amongst Veterinarians/Doctors/Physicians/Senior care etc...3/4ths of it dont even get reported due to family members not knowing anything about the malpractice involved....Good wholesome HONEST Vets are harder to come by now days......You can research by reading some of the horror stories posted on YELP for Veterinarians in your area.
