I have met Knuckles and he never growled at me.
I think this was brought up a long time ago-and I believe that Knuckles-won his high stauts in the UKC as an APBT before the age of two-that is before he fully filled out and matured to what we see now.
I strongly agree with this because Dixie is Knuckles grand daughter, and she could have probably done the same, but once she hit two, she filled out and changed. Dixie is almost the clone of Knuckles, and I have wathced this w my own two eyes.
Knuckles is dual registered, however I really think he won all that before he turned into a more AST or BULLY looking dog.
Has anyone else had a negative meeting w Knuckles? Just curious because I have heard Mia say this a few times, but never anyone else. I didn't. he is a big dope!
My Peterson bred dog has a perfect temperament. Not sure how consistent that is with other dogs bred similar to him, but I have nothing to complain about there. Structure may be off, but the temperament's solid.
Charlie, he looks like an Ambully, but do you have a ped?
LOL I lie! im sorry , but it occured to me like a few days late! I know Leon, from DE kennels, I know HIS sister, Denise, in turn-blah,blah,blah-anyways, yes, have met Dave and Knuckles. Still ends up the same-just a different route. Forgive me lol.I know Dave-and his sister, where I got Dixie from. I know his sister-and have met Dave. Knuckles is old now lol There was talk 5 years ago about line breeding Dixie to Knuckles-but it never happened.
You know what, that's my answer to the original post!
My dog is the most impressive AmBully I've met. He's gotten his CGC so far, has placed in a few conformation events (as an APBT), and has drive and temperament that are perfect to me.
Sitting for his CGC

Most recent pictures I have of him.
I love this dog
