hi, my am bully seems to have an upset stomach today and i'm not sure why. she is only about 18 weeks old and she has vomited 3 times today. I have no idea what is causing this. its not from eating grass or anything and she has never done this before. any ideas on what it could be or what i could give her to help calm her stomach? any suggestions appreciated.

    thanks, have a great day

    Has she pooped?
Are any toys or anything else missing? Could she have chewed up and swallowed something?
    What do you feed her?

If she isn't drinking she will get dehydrated...but you should take her to a vet asap.

Others with more experience will be along to help.

How long has this been going on? I would call a vet and tell them and answer their questions and try to get an idea of what might be going on, this could be a blockage or poisoning or something else, you don't want to wait.

    Has he pooped.... any diarrhea?

Please call the Vet, with pups that young it could be a lot of things. I will tell you that I had a few pups on Wellness and it always upset their tummies and gave them awful gas, and then I have known pups who have done fine on it. If that is what the dog has always been on then I would not say it is the food. Is the pup up to date on shots and regular worming?

O, meant to add you could give the pup a mixture of boiled chicken (no bones) and rice with some pumpkin mixed in.

@celtic, she has always been on wellness and she does have some gas by the way. she just got the last of her shots a week ago. so yes she is all caught up. i will try the chicken and rice idea. thanks.

Glad to hear she is feeling better, sometimes puppies just upset tummies like we do. I had a litter where 2 started vomiting and it lasted on and off for a few hours then stopped and back to normal.

I just remembered that i did purchase some red barn bully slices this week and gave her one on thursday. not sure if that could have done it or if it would have taken till saturday morning for it to upset her stomach. anyway just thought id throw it out there.
