    sooo!!!

after my boyfriend begged me to let him have my BP, I finally said yes...

so today I went to the breeder, wanting to reserv a Morelia Spilota Mcdowelli (jaguar high contrast) that I was not supposed to take home before next month or later (as they had not been eating yet, and I prefer getting a snake that at least had it's first meal)
and fell in love with a regular one...
so... I don't have any pics yet, but I'll take some later this evening and post em up!
I'll wait a bit longer and get jaguar high contrast female within a few more months.

he is from 2007, and I think he'll be a real pain in the ass
    but that's something I don't really mind...
he's FAST as hell when he gets manipulated so it won't be easy to clean out his tank every week!
he's HUGE, but being as fast and strong as he is, I just can't measure or weigh him.. :no2:

he should grow twice the lenght he's got now.

anyone got any ideas as how to name him? I suck at naming reptiles

here's a lil update on my latest addition.
he's still fast as hell, but calms down about 2-3 mins after I've taken him out his tank so I took some quick pictures.

    I hope you'll enjoy them!

    Very nice pics.....
I guess I'm one of those people that don't get the appeal of keeping reptiles as pets.....I go for the fuzzy critters

But as snakes go....very colorful and nice. :D

I don't really see them as pets neither... more as a subject to study, to watch how they hunt/feed etc etc.
you either love 'em or hate 'em :D

treat a snake with the respect it deservs and you probably won't have much issues with it. ^^

I will probably grow old and be known as the old witch of the block with a bunch of reptiles and none of the kids will dare to entre my yard to pick up their ball lmao!

    next on the list:
    a couple of Uromastyx
    Red tailed boa
    a couple more Ball Pythons
    and a couple of cameleons
    :D
