Not sure if this 1 will end up on the SBTCA site nor not so here he is.

Okay folks yet another stafford in need located in Fort Worth, TX :( This little boy is a pure bred but unfortunately for unforeseen circumstances the owners are no longer able to keep him. Both parents are from known bloodlines but that is neither here nor there. The main thing is this boy needs a home. The owner can keep him until June 15th. Here is a description below:

SPIKE (first named "Robin") was born on July 15, 2005. He is a black brindle (with brown tiger stripes) Staffordshire Bull Terrier who needs a new loving home. He was raised with children and enjoys being around them. He gets along well with female dogs and is not the best fit around other male dogs.

He loves walks, and walks well on a leash. He is a very smart and trainable dog who is very loyal and sweet. He goes to his bed when told; he sits, lies down, rolls over, shakes, waves bye-bye, etc. on command. Someone will be getting a very good dog. I think maybe a change in environment to get him away from the allergens he is sensitive to will help him a great deal."

He has some skin allergies, and tends to be somewhat “mouthy†especially when excited, so he needs someone who can be consistent with his diet and manners, and give him lots of attention, love and exercise.

Please pass this information around so we can help this boy find a new forever home. Joanne is the contact for this dog.
