With great sadness - Trusty Sal Simon of Glenn Curtiss crossed the Bridge today.

In loving memory - more later - too exhausted :(

Rest well, my beautiful boy.

Thank you to everyone - three weeks tomorrow. The initial, raw pain has lessened a little, but the void remains that the street stray left that moved half-way around the globe with us and his ''sister'', Esperanza.

In the end, age and disease took their toll, and no vet in the world could fix it.

I so miss him :(

If I allow reason to clear out sorrow - you are right, @Nat Ursula - how many dogs make it out of Carson AC alive and go on to a life of privilege - there are few as lucky as Trusty was and Teddy is.
