does anyone know the best way to travel far distances with a pit? I looked into flying with him but airlines ban snub nosed dogs. I live in south Florida and like to see my family often in New York. So driving isn’t really an option, how can I bring my dog with me !

Pit Bulls are not brachycephalic, and they wont allow brachy breeds because they can easily over heat and many have died from flying in cargo. Most airlines will not accept bull breeds whether or not they are short nosed, so you're probably not going to have any luck there.

If driving isnt an option then you're better off finding someone to care for your dog at home.
