Took up Golf, wish they'd let me bring yachi to ride and follow the cart...

    dang, not ONE golf course in hawaii will let me bring yachi. i wonder if i get her one of those red service dog vests then they'll let her tag along?

    anybody here take their dogs golfing?

    anyway, happy new year btforum. :)

    My husband golfs and I don't think any courses around here (sw lower Michigan) allow dogs on them. But my dufus Sadie would run down everyone's golf balls and then not give them back, so even if they let dogs on the course I'm pretty sure they would ban her. She would love running around the course though.

    I'm from se michigan and over here you'd be better off taking your dog to play putt putt. I'm sure golfers wouldn't appreciate a pile of dog poo next to hole 8.

    Agreed with _unoriginal,
    PLEASE do NOT fake her as a Service dog.
    Why not try to get her her CGC and teach her some good doggy manners and present those to the manger of the coarse and see how he feels about her joining you.
