blondi are notoriously difficult to keep. They need cooler temps than most and they're the only T that requires mammals as part of their diet. For me at least, the next best thing are L. parahybana. Check 'em out!

I was actually considering ordering a few L. parahybana slings... Just beautiful critters.

See, that's the one thing that bothers me a little, the mammals part. If I could find one who would take thawed/warmed mice then alright, but I certainly couldn't feed it live - I'm a mouse lover  I had a T who would take dead food happily if you wiggled it for her... And also I've seen what a mouse can do to a tarantula.

My pet place also had a P. Ornata that I was really liking, but it's such a crappy pet store I'd hate to give them any of my business.. So I'm likely going through some breeders and having them shipped.

I've recently gotten the Tarantula itch again...

I used to order a lot of my T's from Botar By 8's, but he was bought out by Ken the Bug Guy. I've never dealt with Ken personally, but I know a lot of people have had good experiences with him.
If you decide to go with L. parahybanas, I have 4 I can send you.

Right now I'm just looking into several species, and L. Para's are one.. I shall PM you.

I'm also talking to someone in West VA who has an adult (WC I guess) Rosie and an adult orange baboon.. just a pet owners though - trying to get them to ship.
