Korben,.. I concede is a female now named Milla. I haven't posted her here before,.. I don't think. I've been holding out hoping she was male only because I liked the name Korben. She's at least 15 mths old now and no signs what so ever of being male. But has been starting to carry her weight more around the hips for some time now,.. so I give.

    so pretty!

i miss having large bodied lizards.

don't feel bad on the gender my husband got leos and thought one was a male turned out he was a she and is a female named Steve. We didn't change the name not that she knows it but my husband liked the name and we figured it didn't matter. if you like the name you can keep it i say :)

Thanks,.. :) I knew it could go either way from the beginning and already had the names picked out just in case. But I got use to Korben and thinking she could be male. She doesn't know the difference but I don't feel right calling her Korben if she not.

yeah i hear that. I told my husband Steve could be a Stevie but he didn't want to budge. Personal preference.
I just went thru this with my chickens too. 2 of mine that i wasn't sure of so one was either going to be Ruby or Rudy (called it Red) i thought was going to be a Ruby but he is clearly now a Rudy. then my other one that was a Sarah turned into a Stormy based on colors plus i just didn't like the name Sarah my neice named her and i just didn't like it.

so since Milla is female will she still get the big neck thing? or is that just with the males?

Thanks for the compliments, her colors have changed quite a bit since she was little. I forgot that I have posted her here before.

PeanutsMommy females usually don't get the chubby cheeks or jowls but if they do they're not as large as the males. Over time she'll just get a little wider around the hips.
