Thanks everyone, your kind words mean a lot since this is my first attempt at the APBT....I love sculpting and was missing it really bad....All my work is OOAK (One of a Kind) is signed, numbered and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity...I have never been able to put a price on my art work so I put them on E-bay and let everyone make their bids. My dragons and fairies have went for as little as 100.00 and as much as 1,800, I am not sure what these will end up going for, depends on many things, like who is interested and if any previous collators of my art is interested. I will post the finished product and a link to the action once I list it....

I may do some commission work late fall, gives me a little time to practice the APBT and gets show season out of the way =)

You should totally do that!! I bet a lot of people who have lost beloved dogs or who just want a sculpture of their current dogs would be all over it and keep you busy for months or years!

I didn't know you could get that detailed with clay. It looks great!

All kinds of following you on FB now. And PLEASE do let us know when you open up for commissions! I might not be in an economical place to afford one but I know a LOT of people who would. (That's not the only reason, though. I'm a bit selfish; I'd love to see more of your work!)

What kind of clay is it you use, if you don't mind my asking? It either looks like it's a breeze to smooth or you're just very good at smoothing, LoL.

It is a polymer clay called prosculpt and smoothing is not too hard with a good brush and a little oil and alcohol mixture =)
