I have never seen that on any dog I had.
But sometimes(often) when I touch Bia's head it feels wet.
I thought dogs where not sweating right?
Sorry if it is a stupid question:blush:

Dogs' skin has natural oils. Depending on things like food, supplements, allergies, etc., some dogs will have oilier skin than others. Excessive oil will feel wet to touch.

You can try wiping her down with apple cider vinegar mixture(50/50 apple cider vinegar /water).
A C V will help the skin stay at proper PH levels, keep any icky stuff off and help keep the area dry. If its really noticeable, use the wipe numerous times a week... then once a week to maintain. =) its great for all over the body too. makes hair soft, keeps skin clean etc.

I even use it in my hair as a rinse once a week... makes it SUPER CRAZY SOFT XD. (oh and the smell goes right away.) Good Luck
