HAHAHA, you don't like my raw chicken feet photos?! :closedtongue:

We get the quail eggs from Fairway Market or Whole Foods. Fairway is pretty much like a Whole Foods just better priced for high quality stuff. Our local grocery stores carry them as well but I'd rather get it from the other places since they eat it raw.

Those are great looking meals, mine don't look so pretty. I've seen those before on a pretty informative site if I remember correctly.

I have a cheat sheet and photos to help me when I start. It's a rotation menu for after the full transition! Hehe- Roxy probably won't get the clear until this vial is done. Last fall she got really sick before her immunotherapy injections so we have to wait until end of November to see how she does but Jer should get the green light soon. We have a recheck in a week! I don't see why he can't start. She's going to be so jealous though.... lol

Love the Mediterranean grocer across the street from me. I just got almost 7 pounds of boneless breast and thighs for $10. Plus they save all kinds of stuff for me. They have the harder to find organ meats liver, kidney, spleen. Raw meaty bone from pork beef and goat. Some stuff is cheap some is not, but worth it to get hard to find stuff literally across the street. I wish the turkey farm 4 miles away would work with me.
