Show off your dog doing stuff

One of the common themes in the dog park thread is that the people that don't use dog parks are "hiding" their dogs or that they never leave our homes. This thread is to show that those ideas are far from true and that there are a million different ways to exercise, socialize and spend time with your dog without the chaos of a dog park. So, for all of those on this board that don't use a dog park, tell us what you do with your dog in picture/video form!

(yeah, I know the leash sucks..it's only used in my backyard for bathroom and playing [20ft long lead] and there is a 20ft retaining wall that encloses the backyard)

I'm sure I'll get more this weekend, fall break is coming up and I'm heading to the mountains

Great thread!!! JC is not a pit bull, but he's a dog. Here he is showing off his Ella's Lead slip leash.

... I'll try not to post too many. :grin:

We go on regular group walks every week

We compete in dock jumping and a variety of other sports

Train with/around other dogs regularly

Attend group classes for the heck of it

Go on hikes with other dog friends (although these two mostly tolerate each other:lol

Dakota's a working service dog

We train in Mondioring too

We've done educational demonstrations for kids

I'll stop there, but I do have more! :lol:

Hiking- my dogs absolute favorite. They love going hiking more than eating and that is saying something for my pigs!

Love all of the pictures! Here are a few..

We make our own "dog park" at a 100 acre park near my house.

Wilson.. attempted.. dock dogs :lol:

I do OB & Rally with everyone too. All of my dogs are CGC's, Wilson & Sako are TDI certified as well.

They all discovered they love to swim this summer too!

(Side note - if you use a WalkyDog, use a backup leash! Mine snapped in the middle of a ride, letting Diego run loose.)
