That doesn't look very Mal-ish to me :/

I've heard of blue popping up in Mals (in fact Dantero just produced one) but obviously only in the mask and undercoat since they are sable. Mals don't come in solid black or blue.... unless they are still breeding all of the Belgian Shepherd varieties together in which case I suppose its possible? Groenendaels are black but its recessive black. With blue being recessive too, the odds of a short haired solid blue dog being produced from a Groenendael/Mal breeding is highly unlikely.
