questions about raw

    New here, new pit owner. My wife just bought me a 10 week old puppy. I've been researching raw diets and im likin what im seein..but i still have some questions. Like growin up i had a Lab we just filled her bowl with kibble every time it went empty...how often do u feed on a raw diet?

    My puppy is 13 weeks old and I feed him a raw food diet on the commercial food he ate up to four times a day. Since, he started the raw diet he eats twice a day when feeding monitor how much he will eat so you don't over feed him. It really depends on the pup.

    A small pup like yours should be fed at least twice a day, if not 3 times a day on raw.

    FYI- what you were doing with your Lab on kibble is known as free feeding and it is frowned upon due to the issues that can arise from feeding in such a way.
