How much you wanna bet that the OP decided to take a cheap pup, try to show it because getting a title is easy n his/her mind and then breed it for profit? Only OP didn't have the sense to do any real research and didn't know that it wouldn't be possible to reg the dog, title it in the easiest and most BS way possible and get to the mating and profit making portion of the program. So now his/her panties are all in a bunch because he/she is stuck with the care and feeding of a dog that will not make him/her any $$$.

I think Shadowwolf is a wonderful breed steward, protector, and ambassador. I enjoyed the ADBA fun show in MI, and it really turned me on to registering Indie ADBA. I fail to see how gaining titles by placements is a worthwhile method over pulling by percentage. There are ways around either method, like going to small shows for higher placements, or going to easy tracks for higher %. But I wouldn't choose one over the other. Hell, Indie placed 2nd out of 4 dogs at her first UKC pull.. too bad the 2 dogs beneath her were beginners, too. So she placed better than the other first timers in her wt. class. She may have earned a few basic titles, but at least she's proved that she can work. Over time, we will add to them. And do you know who helped me out along much of the way? Shadowwolf. If she is willing to take her time to help newbies, and explain all the rules and such.. then more power to her, and I thank her for that.
