Unreal. These constant new laws or proposals are getting a bit ridiculous here now. If you care at all, and if you have dogs that live outdoors in kennels/chainspots/pens you should because this will trickle down to you eventually if it passes, if your in the U.S. Please take a moment to call, email or fax to tell these parasite ass legislators to VOTE NO ON HB-2104.

Even if you're not in Pa or the U.S it only takes a few minutes of your time to help shut these things down. Don't keep letting these AR fucks continue to dictate law!

This is utterly ridiculous and an unthought out law that’s a clear sign lunatics are beginning to take over. I can just imagine someone taking a dog outside for a walk for 16 min, when it’s 32 degrees or below and some jobsworth running up, wanting to arrest them stopwatch and thermometer in hand (clown suit optional).
I doubt it, but wonder if the idiots that come up, propose and vote for these laws ever give a moments thought to the thousands of homeless people left to survive and find shelter in far worse temperatures than this law proposes.
