Hey everyone I hear at puppy class that they said playing fetch isn't good and it can damage the dogs joints if it's to young because of the stoping and starting running I play fetch every day with my dog should I stop or shouldn't I worry to much

I think that short fetch play sessions should be o.k., as in just a few minutes and try to avoid sudden stops and starts (I know that is hard).

At 4 months old you can really just roll the ball around some and he'll think he's doing great.

I must be some kind of idiot, i work my dogs as soon as i get them lol.. Of course when they are little, it's more play than anything, they don't know they are working hehe!

16 weeks, if the dog wants to fetch, let the dog fetch. JMHO..
