Check your local shelters. There are plenty of pit bull puppies that need to be adopted. :SwinginStar:

If you like dogs pictured above I think you should be looking for Am. Bullies and not apbt....
If your not looking for specific genetics then I suggest a shelter.

No... you apparently don't know the difference between APBT, Am bully, Am staff, sbt etc.

Someone can post a good comparison picture of all four breeds to help you grasp the difference. A properly bred am bully will not be short and squat like some of those genetic monstrosities. I suggest you take a look around the site at some of the members Am bullies that are athletically built. You really should understand the differences between the breeds before you buy a dog or even consider one. The dogs you posted for the most part are am bully.
No one will just tell you a breeder to contact. Especially with out you knowing what you want... You are saying APBT but the pictures you posted are most likely not apbt. People would maybe be more inclined to help you if you came here with a specific requests. If your looking for a breeder maybe coming here looking for specific genetics would get you a better answer. But, you can't possibly know what blood your looking for if you don't know what breed you want.
No one reputable will just hand over a dog to someone who may not be able to care for them properly, especially when they are living out of the country. You will need to show you can provide a good home to their puppy. I still suggest you looking in a shelter. You say there are no shelters in Sweden but that is simply not true. A basic google search comes up with many options. This is your best plan unless you have specific wants and desires for your dog. "small pit bull" is pretty much any APBT. APBT's are 30-55 lbs on average and any dog can be lean and athletic with proper diet and exercise.

A shelter or rescue outside of your country may be able to help as well. But, you will most likely need to go on a little dog finding vacation.

Maybe post a picture of what you think Am bullies are, what you think apbt are, amstaffs, etc. That way someone can explain where your wrong and where you are right.

See that's not really the case. I don't know what the actual breeds of any of the above pictures without pedigrees. But I can assure you the picture of the Am bully is a genetic monstrosity and that is not what an am bully should look like in my opinion. If you take a look at the right side of your screen you will see "Dog's of the month". Take a look at the first dog, "Pink's Torque". That is a beautiful Am Bully.

Torque is pretty atypical, when talking about Bullies as a whole. The dog the op chose is far more typical.

Unknown lineage aside, the op did fairly well in representing the physical "type" of each breed.Though there are better representatives of each breed, the op at least has a clue.

To be honest I don't come across am bully dogs like the picture above. On the internet yes, but in person I rarely see them. So maybe I am biased. I agree torque is a beautiful specimen. But, I see more am bully and am bully mixes that are not riding inches from the ground. My point was the dogs in the OP are most likely not apbt and I was mostly referring to the first picture. My point was there are good looking am bullies that are not wide and low to the ground.

You prompted the op to post photos of what they thought each breed was, based on their first post. They did so and reasonably well. This is what I was referencing.

I think we all agree Torque is a fine specimen. While it is your opinion that he represents what a Bully should be,not all subscribe to that notion. The Bully community en masse,in reality, doesn't see it that way. Those dogs you see on the internet exist in the real world. They are the dogs placing in ABKC shows.Obviously not all are low riding genetic disasters. However, the photo of the Bully posted by the op is more representative of the typical Bully, than Torque.

The op asked what SevenSin's dog was considered as a follow up.Likely due to how similar they look in type,in those particular photos. You would more often find very distinct differences in dogs of these two breeds, than those particular animals.

Internet may not be the way to go with your search. Realizing that this is a blanket statement, you have to watch out for peddlers that advertise as the next great thing on the internet. They may be in it for the cash, and try to follow the trend that makes the most money. The people that are in it for the dogs might not have a sight at all.

Would you be willing to consider a nice working bred amstaff? You might have a better chance of getting a nice dog that way.
