My goal is to buy a Panasonix Lumix. I read outstanding reviews and the price is very reasonable for what it does.

Umm, I have one you can buy! It's the DMC-TZ1 (not sure if that's the model you're looking for), a couple years old but looks brand new due to my OCDness about my 'things'.

It sells for like.. $170 new I think, I'd sell it for $125. I have a 1gb SanDisk Ultra II memory card, extra battery (sells for $30), charger, & USB computer cord. I can show you some pictures I've taken with it too if you're interested.

I used to have the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 and loved it! It had 10x optical zoom which was fantastic - many digitals have low optical and high digital zoom which is not my favorite. I took thousands of photos with that camera and was so bummed when it met its demise on the hard concrete of Lambeau Field last year.

I have the GF1 w/14-45 and I LUV it. I was shooting with a Nikon FM3A and I wanted something similar in size and weight that I could carry with me. I'm still getting used to the controls and I wish I had bought a polarizing filter right away, but it's become my 'go to' camera. Here's a photo I took with it.

Thank you. :) The one I am looking at is the Pansonic DMC-FH20.

I looked up the one you have and there are different letters at the end. Can you give me the complete model number?

Thanks. :) I was reading the reviews about the Lumix I want and many people said it doesn't take great indoor pictures.

Unfortunately no digital camera does. And when they mean indoor's, they are talking about places with low light.

The problem with indoors has less to do with the camera and more to do with the lighting. Why SLR's beat digital cam's indoors is they have better sensors that can process light better. If you have a digital camera, and want good indoor pics, you will have to compensate for its poor low light performance with lighting of your own. So when using your digital camera indoors, just make sure whatever your taking has plenty of light on it.

Thanks, just wanted to show you what my Lumix can do indoors, I have a ton of others if you want to see.
The tri color pup is my little female, Piper, she's 8 1/2 months now, those were taken at 8wks. :)
