So most of you know Otis, so I will start with his pictures. He likes to zig-zag down the path in front of us.

Crazy face - he knows we are approaching the spot we usually let him swim at.

Attampting to carry a huge tree branch. He doesn't understand he should be biting in the middle.

A piece of trash or a new toy?

And this is Ellie Mae, a 3-4 year old ex-momma mutt that has been looking for a home for a few months.

    Smooshy face!

Giving Otis the stink eye. Not to thrilled with his screeching.

'Hurry up! I've got things to sniff!

Yes, this pretty lady needs a home. Visit www.phillypaws.org to learn what you can do to help!

Ellie Mae busting out of the brush.

    The start of the zoomies!

    Stalking Otis.

How does someone NOT love that face?

    Just prancing down the path.

A misunderstanding of the phrase 'Keep your nose clean.'

    'Who called?'

    The serious Ellie mae face.

I hate to inform you Ellie, but you are not a Pointer.

Ears flying with a big smile on her face - a dog doesn't get much happier than that!

Ellie Mae borrowed Otis' Stillwater collar for the walk. Those plastic quick release things are junk!

    Such a pretty girl!

Ellie Mae can sit and stay (obviously I'm a poet).

This girl is on a mission!

Very bully features on this girl.

    Look....at....those....EARS!

'What do I have to do to get you to let me off leash like him?' Sorry Ellie, you don't get that privledge.

    'Can you please hurry up?'

Default pit bull mix position - loose, wiggly, wagging tail, ears back, smiling and waiting to be pet!

Profile shot of the one and only Ellie Mae!

Get that thing out of my face. I'm busy.

    Sniff, sniff, sniff.

And some additionals that I don't feel like titling:

Ellie Mae showing what a regular diet and some exercise can do for a once skinny momma with saggy boobs. Otis wondering why I'm not taking pics of him.

Otis' dog skills are improving. Ellie Mae doesn't really bother him too much [IMG]

Otis teaching Ellie Mae what sticks or for. That poor city slicker had no idea!

    'What's that you got there?'

'Hey Otis, wait for me. I want to play with that tree too!'

You gotta be careful when there are two stick monsters around. They might try to take your knees out from behing!

What do you do if the humans won't let you play in the freezing water? Find a puddle of course.

Both dogs going for half a tennis ball in the weeds.

    Otis wins.

A short, uneventful video of the dogs.

    That is all. Buh-bye!

    Thanks for looking:)

I also forgot to mention - she laid in my lap and snorred on the way home. She was being way too cute. You probably already assumed, but she is also a kisser :D

Well, Otis does have a sister, but she's 15 and grumpy. He's not used to other dogs, so we are trying to work on his initial meet n' greet skills so he behaves himself when we introduce a new dog to the household.

Ellie Mae on the other hand only behaved herself because Otis is a male much bigger than she is. I was told not to even try her with him b/c of how she has interacted with other dogs her size and smaller. Either way it went well, and she went to bed back in her kennel. If we go again, she'll be coming with us :)
