New puppy with crazy ears suggestions?

Hello, I’ve adopted a new puppy (already have a 4yo shepherd mix and a 2 year old pitbull mix), she’s a pitbull mix too, and she’s now 16 weeks old. Her mum was a pitbull with pointy ears (not cropped), her dad was a pitbull mix...
When we got her her ears were like prick, up to a month ago. Then one ear started to stand (sort of, it’s still pointing towards the head) and the other one looks like half prick. Having owned German shepherds I know they go through stages, but with her it’s weird, as It’s been a month and they haven’t changed. They seem to always look like one is up and the other one has a total different fold. So I’m thinking: will they find a direction or will they stay like that? of course I won’t mind and I find her beautiful no matter how she turns out, but I’m wondering if anyone had a similar experience and what happened to the ears thanks!

She is a beautiful dog. I don't have much experience with ears, sorry.

They're most likely going to stay like that unless you have them cropped... but it's probably a little late to do that. I like her ears.

I find ears like that can do anything, looking the way they do at 4 months. They could go half-prick (which I find adorable) or go full prick (her being kind of shepherdy looking, that might not be bad!). The base looks pretty strong, so I'm thinking full prick! Those kind of ears CAN be cropped late, if you can find a vet that would do it. It's probably not worth the trouble....

    Thank you all.
Cropping is not an option as not only I’m 100% against it, also here in Italy it is illegal :)
I just hope the two ears will match, whatever position they will take, and will not be one up one down
Let’s see... I’ll keep you posted!

My boy Griffin started out with ears that were slightly off, one hung just a bit different than the other as a puppy. They really only got more goofy from there- his left one is a little houndy, but the right one has a mind of its own, looking normal sometimes, other times sticking straight up, and mostly draping across his head like a bad toupee. I love them SO MUCH!

Thank you! I think he is pretty cute, too, and he's the sweetest boy, I adore him. He is 5 1/2 now, and goodness, how is that even possible!?!?!? Those are some older pictures of him, he's beefier now, but still with goofy ears and a silly personality.
