I am not sure what kind of brindle color this is, but I get all kinds of compliments on his coloring.
    His name is Tigger.
For some reason it won't allow me to attach an image but I have a bunch of images in an album on here and he is the one in my avatar.

No problem. When using photobucket use the "IMG" code to show the pic. A direct link with [IMG] added at the end is the same thing :)

He's a lovely fawn brindle -- fawn being the base coat color and the brindle the black "striping". If his fawn was more reddish, he'd be called "red brindle"

oh ok I rarely see this kind of brindle. Usually when I see a brindle colored dog they are usually much darker, like chocolate and black stripes. I did see one dog same fawn brindle as mine but he was a greyhound.

    very nice dog.

Q: I thought there was only two types of brindling ... Red and Black. And the brindling color only had to do with the color of the stripes. I.E. This dog would be a black brindle. Am I wrong???

brindle color has to do with the background color, not the stripes

thank you for the compliments on my dog. I have had him since he was a pup, he is now approaching 7 years. This is my first pit bull mix and I must say out of all the dogs I have had in my life this one is one of the more loyal and needy dog I have ever owned. I wonder if most pits are like this. Oh and he is athletic as hell, this guy can do a standing jump into a truck with the gate up, F150 size truck. He is suppose to be a senior but he is still hyper go figure.

Wow! beautiful markings. The contrast really pops! I'd refer to it as red brindle.
