Jack Frost and Terminator... Colby?

I heard that these two fairly populary ABs from back in the day were actually Colby APBTs? Anyone know about that?

Neither look like they are Colby dogs. Jack Frost looks amazing, though!

He is what I think of when I think American Bulldog. Absolutely beautiful.

Thought I told you we had Jack Frost's sire, Gar. This was after Jack had been produced, in fact, Gar was 7 and sterile from untreated erlichiosis when he came to live w/us. Lived out the rest of his life w/us, very cool dog. Good w/kids, puppies, no use for pushy dominant people or adult dogs.
Gar was said to be half boxer, Leclerc denied it, but, in retrospect, it's entirely possible. So, while it's possible that Jack was a Colby dog, I never heard anyone imply anything other than he was by Gar.
Terminator's another story, I don't think he was Colby, but I do think he was APBT.

thanks leslie. It seems like you did tell me that, but a guy from the tg board called me and was telling me all kinds of stuff, including this. So i got wrapped up in the idea, thought i'd ask about it. what do you know about iron axe head? or did i ask you already? lol

terminator looks like a pit bull to me,but i could be wrong just my opinion.

he does, but a lot of ABs look like APBTs, him a little more than most. lol
