I have two APBT's that i want get ABDA certified, they say they need peds and two picks of the dog. So my question is how hard is it to get ADBA certified??

Second question is about my 9 month old, I want to get him ADBA certified as well but down the line. The question is: he has a funny tail. Mom sat in it when he was a few weeks old, I did my best to get it back, bracing it slowly. Is this going to make him ineligible to get certified?? Pics below.

Faults don't concern the registry in terms of a pedigree.

Do you have pedigrees for them and/or are the parents registered?

You'll have to ask ADBA as to their registration rules (they REGISTER dogs -- don't really "certify" them).

Most of the time, puppies are born with these "kinks". It's fairly common in ASTs. Definitely a show fault, but it doesn't make them "not" the breed. (But I guess you COULD make a "breed" out of kinked-tailed dogs! Wouldn't be the first time a "breed" has been made wholly out of faults!).

Yes dogs can be born with funny tails, but considering it was from an accident this won't be passed to the pups so you can't 'make' more pups with tails like his, at least not by breeding.
