There is nothing wrong if a person likes bullies and owns a bully.
I cannot understand people who want something but wants to call it something else.
I can understand people not knowing enough about something that they mistake it for something else.
There is no reason, after being shown their mistake, that a person would try to continue to fool people into thinking the dog they have is another breed. If you want that kind of dog be proud of it. Be the best owner you can be.
Don't expect other people to believe the bullshit you keep trying to put out.

Please do not send him away because of what he said. We just don't agree. Maybe with a little more time being a member here he will come to learn a little more about the breed. He does take very good care of his dogs. You can see that just from the pics. It takes time to understand and learn about our breed.

Those are registration papers. I wouldn't go off of them to prove my point. Especially UKC. They've had all 3 breeds being registered as one or the other for a long time. There isn't a 105lb APBT in the world. Unless it's 40 lbs obese. You got the money and a bully You can buy some papers from UKC saying it's APBT. Hanging papers also isn't very difficult. I would bet the farm that dog wouldn't DNA APBT... Maybe in it but that's not all that is in that sauce.

Thank you for not banning me but I do not have another account and I do still stand behind what I said about my dogs they are apbt that would be like saying bc we are human that we can't grow too be 7 feet tall and we are all going too get the same results every time so you would say that no one reach 7 feet tall and that's not posaible anything is possible all men are not made equal there is all different size and shapes some dogs get thicker some people get thicker so here is what I will say it is imposable to get the same result from every puppy in the litter some will be bigger than other the litter my leo come from there was only 2 puppies and that does make a huge difference thank you all for your time and post I stand behind what I know about the dogs I am raising if what y'all say about papered dogs is true than most no one has a pure breed dog

There are a lot of fake papers. ADBA and UKC have both opened their books before. They would register a dog if someone made up a pedigree.
The standard for a pit bull male is 35lbs-60lbs. Some will be smaller and some will be larger. Visit a few conformation shows and see what size the conformation show dogs are.
I think Pincher was around 75lbs chain weight. UKC dogs tend to be heavier than ADBA even though the standards are the same. UKC likes to see show dogs with more weight on them than ADBA. ADBA likes to see their show dogs conditioned.

When bullies were being developed pit bulls were mixed with several other large breed dogs. Fake papers were put on the dogs and they were registered by UKC and ADBA. Both have been trying to cull them out of their registries.
Take a look at other breeds. There are no great dane or mastiffs that mature 35lbs. There are no greyhounds that mature at 12" tall. Each breed has a standard. In that standard the dogs should be a certain weight.

On papers on a dog, it is easy to get fakes ones. People familiar with the breed can often tell the bloodline of a dog just by looking at it. They can also tell just by looking if a dog has fake papers. Around the 1980's, when the bullies were being developed many people wanted larger pit bulls. The only way to make them larger was to breed larger dogs of other breeds into the pit bull breed.

If you get a 7 generation pedigree on your dogs and post it we can probably tell you which dogs are bullies.

If you want to you can go to this forum's sister site Game Dog. There are people on there that have a lot of knowledge about the breed, its history, and the dogs. There is a lot of knowledge there.
Just a word of warning. The people here are a lot nicer than they are over there.

You can only do so much with a dog. It is a lot easier to put weight on them than muscle. Usually when you try to put muscle on a dog their weight will go down. I sure am telling you that you cannot put 40lbs of muscle on a healthy adult pit bull.

When you have been around pit bulls long enough you will find out that all of the supplements you are buying is not doing anything. Working a dog and exercise will build muscle. Maybe you should do some research on muscles. Just because a dog is large, heavy, and wide does not mean it is muscle. Bullies usually have a little English bulldog blood in them to make then wider and shorter. That is not muscle.

In people it usually works that way. Many animals are different. The pit bull is a fighting dog. Dogs are matched according to weight. You want the largest muscled dog you can get for the weight. A dog may weigh 55lbs chain weight, fat. His match weight may be 42-43lbs. The dog is in peak condition. The humane society will say the dog is starved. A dog man will know the dog is the healthiest condition he has ever been in.
While we are talking about weight. The pit bull in a mid size dog for a reason. A large dog will not make a good fighting dog. They cannot move like a smaller dog.
