How fast is too fast?

When it comes to feeding times, my pup did something weird this morning.
She was eating breakfast, she got a little bigger chunks today than usual. After a few mouth fulls.....she all of a sudden stopped eating, walked away from the bowl, sat down and got tremors (shivering) and lied down on her stomach for about 30 seconds. Then she went and continued with eating. She slept most of the day...and now she is back to normal, playing, etc.

Is/was this a sign of her eating too fast, would anyone be concerned? First time she's done something like this.

Teddy's big head didn't fit in that one. I guess I need a bigger one?
