Hello to everyone, glad joining forum helping me grow my puppy..
Can someone experienced give me his opinion if my 2 months puppy is a purebred amstaff?
Also his front legs are not straight, they have an ankle,is this normal?
    Best wishes to all!!!

He has more the look of a bully than amstaff. His legs, body, and head have the bully look.

Could be an Am Staf. But he's got something going on -- those front legs aren't normal. He might be a dwarf. I have seen more than one dwarf purebred Am Staf. I would have a vet look at him.

Welcome, and I second that I would take the puppy to a vet to have those legs checked out.

Man, I would be careful about giving actual calcium supplements. Some yogurt, cottage cheese, etc, fine, but actual tablets/powder...you need to be careful and get a dosage at least.
I cannot tell you if this pup IS a dwarf and I do not have pictures of the ones I've seen. There are several pics of Pit Bulls (some game-bred ones at that) that are dwarfs. In them, the legs go the other way: elbows are in and feet point OUT. This pup could have some other growth problem. True dwarfism really can't be determined til they get older; and there is not going to be anything you can do about it.
You do see if often in the "bully" dogs. They have capitalized on dwarfism in some instances to get that long, low, bulky look. It is a terrible thing for the dogs.
It COULD be a phase this pup is going through (did he have a bad beginning where he didn't get fed correctly?). These legs may get better with just a good, normal diet if so.

And no, we cannot tell you if he is a purebred Am Staf. He certainly could have some AST in him. If having a purebred dog is important to you (or anyone), please go to a BREEDER that breeds purebred dogs.

Those two DO look like Am Staffs. Could you not get papers on the pups?

Thanks for spending time with me.
No papers, his parents are short but no dwarfs. They have big chest and heads. Is this charecteristic of amstaffs? His dad is 40kg, 88lbs and height 18inches.
The person i bought from,he saw a photo of his legs and told me its normal as puppy has big chest.
    What do you think?
    thanks again

Those legs are not normal. They might get better, being he is so young. Myself, I'd be interested in what was going on and see a vet that would know more about growth abnormalities. His diet sounds good. I would say you will see improvement soon if he's going to grow out of it. Also, he needs to get normal exercise as well.
The weight is WAY too heavy for an 18" Am Staf (which is a nice height for an Am Staf), but there are breeders that breed them like that, or keep them heavy. A more appropriate weight would be 60 pounds tops. And noticeably BIG chest and heads DO occur in Am Stafs, but mostly because people BREED them that way. It is NOT correct.

This is just my opinion and that don't carry much weight.
The parents, to me, look like bullies or American bulldog.
The front legs of the puppy is caused by the English bulldog blood.

That style of Am Staf has always been around, long before there were bullies. Wilson showed them in UKC, got championships on them (the beginning of the end for the UKC Pit Bull) and they helped him invent "bullies".
