I think you just got your answer... Some people just don't know any better. They've been told the wrong thing so many times, it's engrained in their minds so anyone that says differently "obviously just doesn't know what their talking about".

Oh I have some better ones for you. I'm doing a project on American Bullys because I'm so disgusted with the "freak" or "exotic" bullies as they are called. I'm furious that the UKC decided to accept the breed because half of those "exotics" are UKC registered or have UKC very close in their pedigree. I've been trying to get profile photos of some of these dogs, but shocker, all they want to do is do front stacks.

I disagree slightly, maybe only cuz im an am bully owner.....im glad they've accepted the breed.....

Not thrilled that the standard was not clearly defined.....they left the standard so broad that it doesnt discourage these guys to stop breeding for juiced up looking automatic floor cleaners they call dogs.

I will say i also havent been so eager to jump and have my dog registered (bybred) and i was initially only concerned with getting papers but now knowing better i dont want papers because apparently i have a really good looking dog that ppl want to breed to get pups with papers to sell but thas not my motive.....once they tighten up the standard i may consider it so i can get into showing but hell i dont even kno how to stack my dog......he's a fetchin pullin SOB tho so who knows

Talk about waddlers!! Poor dogs!! I don't for the life of me see how people can think that is "awesome"!! I mean seriously, if they are breeding for the "bulk", someone would have to sit down in order for the dog to be able to waddle up to them.... no thanks!
