I would like to add a Spay/Neuter resource here as well. This one is for Central Pennsylvania. The program is called DeSex In The City (honestly, it really is called that). Their website is http://www.cpaa.info/desex.html

Also, http://www.animalbirthcontrolofharrisburg.com/ which I have gone to directly and Dr.Tracy did real good by Coco and me with her Localized Demodectic Mange and later Coco's spaying.

Take care out there, All, and Brightest Blessings as ever may be 'An it harm none, Blessed Be.

Just wanted to add:

Dog Adoption and Welfare Group... DAWG. They are in Santa Barbara, Ca. They spay and neuter pit bulls free. They have a wait list, you gotta get on by calling them (was 2 months for us). Their number is 1-805-681-0561. And you don't have to live in SB county. We live about an 1,5 hr away, and was no problem. They are also super nice!!!

And also you can have your dog/cat microchipped in Los Angeles county free. Just call your local shelter and they all have a microchip day. It cost I think $6 to register in the county and $12 nationwide with the company whose chip it is. I forgot the name....
