    Me too, yum yum! Tastes so much better, and makes my lungs feel open and awesome instead of hacking and tight.

    We've got pretty poor quality here, it's a remote area and the dispensaries sell crappy stuff for too much $$. But, our garden was amazing this year, lovely trees and lots of them. Had to call over the neighbour to find a home for the extra, which was great, since his garden did bad this year.

    I don't really focus on "fitness" as a specific thing to think about, I probably should! We garden, we hike, walk Griffin and play with him, he keeps me active. I do yoga a couple times a week, and in the winter, Griff and I both do the treadmill so we don't turn into hippos.

    Food wise, we are really lucky where we are. The little valley here is home to a wonderful veggie farm, and grass-fed free range beef, chicken, eggs, and pork, also lots of cranberries, which I'm discovering I love. Good community of cottage food makers, too- goat milk and cheese, jam-makers, etc.

    Hubby is diabetic, so we have to be careful about what we eat. I love cooking, and we're always trying to make more of what we eat ourselves so we know what's in it. I make pickles and jam, chutneys, etc for canning, and a few years ago, started making sourdough bread for us. Learned how to smoke meat, which is addictively fun. It's all full circle to how I was raised on our old family farm, and I find myself doing many of the things my mom and grandma did, and grateful they taught me.

    Lol we straight up burn outs over here. Just some of the goodies we get regularly. I haven't smoked or used anything that wasn't medical grade in at least 6 years. Don't even remember the last time I seen commercial or low quality.

    Infused cheese balls

    Different strains of wax and that's a half Oz of Sour diesel in the bag and kush syrup. That syrup is no joke. Shits like moonshine.

    Oils. These are my fav. You vape them with a Ecig battery. They just screw right on. I use these lightly as they will make your tolerance sky rocket.

    Then their are the pre rolled fuzzies. These are delish.


    Then we always got edibles around. My tolerance is a bit high for these. They do very little to me but they still real good tasting snacks and they are pretty cheap so I get them anyways



    But most times I just like smoking bud. Took 3 of us to roll this and about an hour and a half to smoke it. If you ever wanted to know what a 160 dollar blunt looks like, now you know. Lol

    I'm not a general weed smoker, I'm a fucking weed connoisseur lmao. x'D

    I was thinking last night, maybe I should delete my posts since this topic is about health. Then I realized, I do actually use tree for my mental health. If I didn't smoke weed I'd be on prescription anti anxiety meds and anti depressants. So, in a big sense, I smoke so I don't have to take prescription drugs. Lol probably don't do much for my physical health but it does help with a wide range mental issues. x'D

    The flowers we get here are the high end medical. Everyone is going to the oils now. Had the pens, liked them. Had all sorts of edibles. Had some dabs last month that were heavy!

    It's all a tradeoff- I am definitely less sharp and a bit more forgetful since I started using it for pain, but my anxiety is down to almost nothing and I feel so much more balanced and happy. I'm not thrilled with losing track of stuff more easily, but it's way better than feeling like I'm in a random panic for no reason. And when I think about what it would take to get that with presciptions, it would be several things each with worse side effects, and maybe not even as helpful.

    Those cheese balls look deadly. Salty crunchy stuff is my kryptonite, I would eat my way into a coma with those (probably just after a few, I'm a lighweight!). Love the Sour D., though, I am bonkers for that smell. My big outside girl this year was a different strain, but she got that sour funky musk, maybe she heard I like it!

    My Dad started smoking really young too. It is so important that you stop though. Your lungs start healing right away. You guys should quit together. My mom was around that age when she quit and she smoked more than you do.

    Edibles are much better for you than smoking. The Doctor told me I should not smoke medical marijuana with my history of pulmonary illnesses.

    Lol she's probably the biggest reason I smoke. x'D

    I used to work out a lot, back in like 99 to 01 i was always at the gym lifting and took things like andro, creatine, testerol etc. I go through phases where I get into a lifting regiment but then I end up falling off the wagon then It's hard to get back into it once you've stop. We're currently looking into a family membership at the YMCA. Mostly because my daughter is very athletic, currently does softball and swimming so I figured I will most likely start up again soon.

  12. Double end reflex bag work, heavy bag, countless boxing workouts and that training is fun to do. I’m pretty basic too I like a lotta pushups, crocodile pushups, jumping jacks, stuff like that
