Hi guys, I was wondering if you'd share how much your dogs weigh and how much Victor you feed. I give all 4 of ours 2 cups a day. Three of them weigh 46-49 lbs, and Fatso weighs 63 lbs. One only eats 1 1/2 cups daily, but she's maintaining her weight, so I'm not worried. I am surprised tubby tubby isn't losing, but he's not gaining either.

I just convinced a friend to try the Victor for her 4 month old pup & 2 year old. She says the 2 year old is only eating 1 cup a day. She weighs 46lbs and 2 cups are offered 1 am & 1 pm.

I wanted some guidelines just to have more comparison. I do realize all our dogs are different, but do you think 1 cup is enough? Mine have been on it since Oct, and they're all doing great.

Right now I feed Piper & Sako the same, 2 cups daily. They're both around 52lbs.

Barrett gets 3 1/2-4 cups a day and is 56lbs. I don't know where it all goes. He just has that typical intact teenage boy super fast metabolism I think LOL.

If her dog is maintaining her weight on 1 cup a day then I don't see any reason why that wouldn't be enough.

Thanks Kady! Buddie aka Fatso would eat 4 cups if I let him! Once the weather gets nice if he doesn't start losing, I'm cutting him back. My friend just started feeding it on Easter, so we'll have to see if she maintains her weight. I'm the one that's a worrier, my friend is meh she's eating. Our husky/shepherd only eats 1 1/2 cups a day and she weighs 49 lbs, I still offer 2 because sometimes she eats it all.

i appreciate your input!
