I am not a volunteer at this rescue (yet) but I saw this girl and felt like sharing. She is honestly the most true APBT looking dog I have seen in a shelter, definitely one of the best looking Bullies I've seen available for adoption. She was adopted and returned for DA, I believe she is 40 lbs. Said to be extremely affectionate, I have not met her.

She needs someone who understands dog aggression and handing of a DA dog.

Do you happen to know if the shelter was even aware of her DA or did DA progress as she matured?

    She's gorgeous!

I believe she was a stray so they had no background on her. It's kind of common for dogs not to display dog aggression while in shelters because it's so unfamiliar to them, but once they get into a home setting it comes back. They worded it in the very rescue like way of saying "It seems Fawna is so loving, and snuggly that she didn't like to share any of that attention. Now she is back at the shelter and ready for a family where she can be the only dog".
