I am killing myself here, but with a bit of luck, here is a picture of Trusty from 2007, at an adoption event and a few months before we came to the realization that our home was his forever home as well :) In its original version, it was a fantastic crisp shot taken by a professional prhotographer, this copy is a bit battered from all the computer changes ...
And a picture taken the day we picked him from his brief stay at Carson, CA Animal Control (where he spent about 10 days after showing up at our office the day after X-Mas):

Enjoy!

The poor dude was grubby at shelter pick-up time ... and the first spots of the soon-to-come Demodex were already visible, I think. Nonetheless, I am glad I got to post them - you are right, Vicki, it is easier ... somewhat for a pic posting impaired poster like me.

Thanks! We think he is great looking as well, pretty nice conformation, from who-knows-what-bloodlines he came from, along with a stellar temperament (with DA, but that comes with this territory).

Nice! That head reminds me of Trins :p

How the hell did you do that tabs thing in the post Maddy?

Thanks! We like his head too, although it can bruise your face/arms/legs, etc. , badly.
I basically copied pics from my laptop onto this site in the media section, and edited the titles/tabs. The original tags were boring, numeric/letter combinations.
Hope that helps/makes sense ...

How much does Trusty weigh? Was he solo dog when you rescued him? I really do love that navy blue sweater in the background too!
I cannot get over how handsome Trusty is! I vote more photos... :D

Thanks! He weighs about 57 lbs (they do kilos here: 26 kg). Trusty was a solo stray when he showed up at our warehouse and office. The day after Xmas, while we were on vacation with the 'girls' in Lake Tahoe. A warehouse staff member, well familiar with bully breeds, saw the poor stray dodging traffic, and got him inside. Nobody was in a position to take him home, so AC came and picked him up. When I was back in the office the following day, the staff raved about the terrific dog that 'came to visit', and that I (bully breed person) should take a look ... the rest is history ... went to see him at the shelter, passed my adoption interview (none of the rescues we volunteered for were in a position to help) , and off we went ... and we became a three dog home, with all the joy and management issues that came with it.
That sweater was one of my DH's favorites! Go to the shelter and pick up a stray BBM in designer rags, LOL.
Without PBC, we would have been up the creek without a paddle when DA showed up. Once again, thanks for the expertise and learning opportunity!

I love him! Look at that paw on your lap, he's saying I own you now, because that's how they get you! Blocky headed BBM's are the next best thing to the real ones IMO. He's a very handsome guy, thanks for sharing him.
