Has anyone else seen this? I'm watching it now, and this woman has four dogs, three bully breeds, who are getting in at least two fights a week and the one male is HA. This dog is biting people including the owner because "he wasn't tough enough to fight so the original owner threw him out of the window of a car and she took him so he didn't become a bait dog." And this owner is moving into a small one bedroom and has no sweet clue how to manage these dogs. I don't even own bully breeds and I want to smack her. Holy hell.
  2. Yeah, watching it also. That woman should be smacked. Or at least have all the dogs sit on her so she can't move!

Watched it... I think last week they re-ran it over the weekend (CBS by the way)... I don't think the dog was HA so much as it was scared and untrained, and she was getting bitten because she has NO CLUE how to break up a fight, didn't seem to own a break stick, and was getting in the middle of a gun fight while holding a paper clip. He worked with the dogs, and it didn't seem like the dog was HA, just that it needed a lot of one on one attention and training.

All in all, it seems as if it's a good show, the guy seems pretty good with dog training, basically it's all stuff we all know, but the average dog owner doesn't seem to know, find out, or learn until AFTER they get a dog that they cannot control.

I will say that the Bloodhounds had me in stitches though!!! :giggle:

I agree I don't think the dog was HA; and from what I saw...not even particularly reactive.

I do agree the home environment and lack of proper training/management was exacerbating the situation and making everything worse.

I only saw the first bit of it, so hopefully the dog wasn't as bad as it looked at first, but I still think the owner is an idiot.

For some reason my mom called me last night and told me to watch it.

I watched 5 minutes of it, dogs in halti's, some over zealous, animated dude talking bs. I called my mom back and told her he was a d-bag. She said I'm bossy and rude and didn't watch the whole show, apparently they did take the halti's off blah blah blah.

Maybe I'll actually watch it, I just have a really hard time watching dog training shows because there's always things that annoy me and I have a hard time looking past that, haha. And of course I'm bossy and rude and assume I can do it better as my mother says! :o
