Chloe needs a new home

Some of you might remember Chloe. I took in Chloe after she was found on the side of the road, apparently hit by a car. Her hips were broken in three places, she had mange and was HWP. After months of crate rest, good food, and the 'slow kill' method on the HW she is as good as new and ready for her new home. I am moving in one month and must find her a new home, or new foster situation, before that. She is up to date on shots, is spayed, chipped and will come with a few months of Revolution, and a dog bed. I can not take her with me when I move. Any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.
She is about 2, 35lbs, very friendly with people, but might be better as an only dog (she and my dog get along most of the time, but they have had two run-ins that were damaging, both over toys.) She loves her walks and does well on the leash. She needs more training, but is house borken and will come...if she chooses to, so she needs work on that front. 2012-05-23 05.29.53.jpg
