    I guess it's a good thing I have my own Rescue then... as I utilize the chain spot which is in fact, a tool. A tool for proper containment. I don't tether 24/7... however, I will utilize it as needed. I made a video which covers a lot of the reasons why somebody might opt to use the chain spot as a form of containment...
