How many wild dogs have drop ears like most breeds of human-created domesticated dogs? It would seem to be that dogs with upright ears, either through natural or artificial means, are more likely to be giving "correct" body language.

What it is is that the ear shape is different to them and its an unneeded procedure, the wrapping up the ears can cause pain in some cases and also there is a chance it won't work

Because the dog is adapted to the ears and if you change them it is known to disrupt body language

Do you have a scientifically proven basis for this claim or are you cimply pulling "facts" out of your ass?

Seriously? Are you against domesticated animals because that's what PETA is against. Not a good source of information. They're terrorists.

God sake i have been on a lot of websites and most are against it, its in a lot of my dog books who where wrote by professional dog behaviourists

And who are these "professional dog behaviorists?" What is the title of this book? Just because you can convince a lot of people of something doesn't make it fact.

You need to be more particular about your subject. I meant domesticated animals which is the kind of group PETA is.

So people are against it. So what? People are also against owning APBTs. People are against women in the workplace. People are against gun ownership. What is your point? People are allowed to be against whatever they wish. It's up to you as an individual to make up your own mind based on FACTS rather than fear-mongering tactics that are in those books and the beliefs of many organizations.

So essentially, when someone directly asks you to cite your sources, you backpeddle and turn tail.
