I've just been looking into how to help build muscle on my puppy? Any suggestions? I give my boy a whole egg with shell once a week.

let a puppy be a puppy, first. Too much stain can damage developing joints and bones. Most muscle gain is caused by genetics, but once the dog reaches adulthood you can start conditioning them

Keep it healthy, feed it good food and give it appropriate exercise, genetics will take care of the rest.

    Stop the egg shells.

Just like people. Diet and exercise. Puppies get plenty of exercise just running around. Get the fog quality kibble and let him grow.

Egg shells contain calcium,if your feeding a quality kibble it should have enough in it,to much is not good for a young pup,it can cause bone issues later on,among other things.

  7. Just let him be a puppy :D wait until he's an adult and then you can start conditioning him. For now just make sure he eats well. I would drop the egg shells and stick to a high quality dog food.
