I think that there should only be a certian # of breeders per state per breed. I also think that BREEDERS should only be allowed to have MAX 2 litters a year. No feemale can be bred 2 years in a row, females MUST be of the age of 2. I then think EVERY puppy should have to be micro chipped and registered BY THE BREEDER. As for the ppl owning/buyin new puppies should have to attend random classes of proper socialization and any other bully care info. last but not least anyone buyin should be backround check for specifics.

No sir... that was just a general of what i wish some type of breeding control would happen.

I help with transporting for a pittie rescue and also help out at my local shelter 2-3 times a week.

The work the ppl at the rescue do for JUST ONE PITTIE... is amazing.. and its really shitty to see so many scuds breeeding their dogs just because they look nice.

I HAVE raninto a FEW GREAT breeders who dont pump out puppies... they also show their dogs, and weight pull... they also dont have 15 adults they are breeding either. BUT YOU ARE SOOOO right, i am one of a kind. :)

i am also glad that most of the population are not "libbys" like myself!
