Well i know Pit bull owners take BSL much more serious then Doberman owners. witch is a shame i guess they have short memorys this was our problem in the 70's. funny but the facts are that more people are afraid of a doberman by looks alone then a pitty. but they dont see this as there problem. (well far to many dont.) Id love to change this as BSL is every dog owners problem, and we all need to stand united before we will get anywhere in this war.

these sites really are helpful when trying to get a career :D I was just applying for Fed. positions and its helpful when picking locations to know that you should not apply because of BSL

I am going through the same problem. I can't find anyplace that will allow me to have my pitbull. Right now I am living with my parents, but sooner or later I want to move. I am very determined to keep my dog; he is like a child to me. I won't get rid of mine, but I can see your dilemma. I hope you find a place to live with your dog. It's so wrong that we have to be discriminated against because of the breed.

Sadly the bigoted people at dogs bite org have the most attentive compilation of bsl. Otherwise it's a really awful place for pit bull stewardship.

So goddamn stupid. People should consider that People buy pitbulls for pets and for gaurd dogs/ house protection. Don't bring a gaurd dog out if you are not going to be responsible. If everyone started buying husks as gaurd dogs instead of pits or staffies and trained them as such I'm sure the tables would be turned. That's just my personal opinion. What are people's thoughts??

Stupidity and ignorance go hand in hand. Table turns begins with the breeding numbers and a better grasp on the lineages being randomly mixed by the idiots who thought they knew how to improve the wheel so to say. It's pretty complicated at this point, so hence no easy solution and way to many good dogs are being killed, stigmatized and persecuted over bad genetic material and bad people.
