Only one I can find is from Urban Dictionary.. which we all know is quite the resource

    Urban Dictionary: brolic
Dog in OP is NOT "brolic".

WTF???? okay I have to agree your ignorance is showing and you know absolutely nothing about conditioning a dog and evidently nothing about what a conditioned dog looks like :no2:

Oh really ? I was a personal trainer in college and at one time my body fat percent was at 5 percent. You can cut the feed of a dog and get a slimmer dog without any muscle mass since the body is digesting muscle to keep the dog alive. Or you can feed a dog to have a nice tuck with a few visible ribs while mainting enough protein and nutrients in the body to keep a good muscle composition. The keeps fighters use are used to condition a dog and provide sufficient nutrients for the dog to repair tissue. Some show folks forget the exercise part and just cut feed and keep a skinny ass dog with no muscle composition and those are the dogs I calltooth pick legs. That is someone taking a shortcut or being too lazy to do things the right way. There are plenty of dogs that have excellent psyches on this site that aren't being starved or being fed less to loose weight since their owner is too lazy to put in the work. I guess people on this forum forget what sarcasm is when I say terms such as "brolic" lol I have Bachelors Degree from the number two university in my state and a pretty decent GPA to go with it so relax with the associations of me ghetto and uneducated.

I also would love to see people that would compliment a fat dog for weight pulling lol because seriously whatever you are doing with that dog it is not working, the torso looks like a sausage and that dog lacks muscle.

I can post my 80 pound dog with a waist line as well but this is not about my dog or your dog is about helping this dog that doesn't have a home.

Since you are probably goin to doubt me here it is an action shot of my dog that is completely irrelevant to this post lol

He's cute. What rescue is he with?

I'd say he has a thick build but I wouldn't call him muscular. He's at a nice pet weight.

I think I can make a fair assessment if an dog is excellent cardio vascular shape with sufficient nutrient intake and a dog that is starved because the owner is too lazy to work it. Like i said take that fat Blue dog you posted and put it next to lil bit and let's compare what's in shape ? :)

---------- Post added at 05:26 PM ---------- Previous post was at 05:24 PM ----------

Shelter survivors in Bridgewater he is an awesome
Dog. He has the build he just needs the exercise and diet and he would look like a sculpiture.

You are seriously inept. Did I say I was "doing" anything with her? No. We go on 2-4mi. walks, she gets to run around like an idiot. That's the extent of her "conditioning". As I said, I think she looks pretty good for a pet dog. And she's definitely not fat, but whatever you say dude.

You think mentioning that you have a Bachelor's Degree and a high GPA means anything to me.. uh, nope. Don't care. Most people I know that went to college and have all kinds of letters after their name aren't all that bright, common sense wise. I simply googled the would "brolic", and Urban Dicitionary was one of the first sites, so I referenced it.
And posting pictures of yourself? Umm.. you're telling me I'm posting irrelevant pictures?
All I care about is how you keep saying that the dog you originally posted is a "piece of muscle" and has a "strong front and a nice rear". I keep saying this, he's cute, but he doesn't look like he's built to last. He's got a sway back, among other things. That's most likely going to hurt him in the long run and would concern me as an adopter.

I posted a picture of a shelter APBT that WAS nicely conditioned, and you still have nothing nice to say.. yet your dog isn't all that impressive either, from what I see.

A conditioned shelter dog ? Lol seriously ? I didn't know dog shelters ran keeps on the dogs lololol you posted your dog trying to sound smart, this dog is barely fed or exercised and has more muscles than your blue dog could ever dream. Maybe you are blind or want to critize everything for the fun of it. If you can see a swayed backed which this dog may or may not have I don't know since I met him for 5 minutes, you should be able to see the thick muscle wrapped around his rear legs.

My dog is not impressive is actually irrelevant for this post, but I had to be like you and show a pointless picture. A second though since now you claim shelters keep conditioned dogs, maybe all the show enthusiasts on this site should consult their local shelters to find out what methods they use to shape their dogs lololol

Lol sorry bro but this is ridiculous I try to help s dog out and I get the Westminster judges critizing the poor homeless dog. I am sure anyone that thought the dog was cute now thinks the dog is going to die of a swayed back or whatever these google geniuses are saying.

That was the idea lol but people are too damn critical of everything. At least one person saw what I was trying to do:sonn_u11:

People talk a lot of shit about working a dog out, when they don't know the first thing about working out. I was just showing what starving my self did to my body:lol:

Yes. A shelter dog that came in from it's former home nicely conditioned.. do you think that's impossible or something?

For the 3563432 time, I posted Piper's picture because she's an Am. Bully (well, she's a mutt, but Am. Bully type would be the best description for her). You said yourself that the dog you posted must be from "heavier lines", hence me posting Piper's picture, since she does have some visible muscle, unlike the dog you posted. It's pretty simple. For someone with a Bachelor's degree, you are rather thick.

I'm done with you, you're annoying. I'm going to go make Piper some sausage.. you know, so she can at least eat what she looks like.

This thread is going to go nowhere. He's gonna argue everyone down until its eventually closed. He's right we are all wrong....
Fyi, you can easily get a shot of muscles on a red dog, their muscles always just seem to pop under those red coats. Just admit this dog has no muscles! And since you swear he does have ripped piping muscles, adopt him your self and the problem will be solved, he has a home and you can show better photos where he doesn't look like a chubby genetic mess :)

Sitting here arguing kady down about her dogs and compairing it to the most ripped dog anyones ever seen on this sight is just immature. Do you really think its helping the dog find a home? No!

Gosh, talk about too big of an ego

Yeah, and clearly all that knowledge about being a beefed up muscle head or personal trainer or whatever did a whole lot of good when his dog was well, a fat turd before he read up on all those keeps.

Oh I'm sure I'll get a PM about that one.
