anyone else getting the red malware page of death?

I don't know where else to post this.

When I click on most topics - not all - I go to a bright red screen that says something like "Warning - there are hackers on pit bull chat that might be attempting to install malware click to proceed to the next page but it may not be safe" ...

is it me or the site? I'm not getting anything funky anywhere else on the web - and I ran a scan on my computer and it says it's coming up clean?

I lurk on the Mastiff forum and I've had no issues there with the red screen of death....

Yup, I'm getting it anytime I try to click on a thread. My computer is determined to let me know that I'm going to DIE if I read anything here!

I haven't had any problems, on my ipad or at work with IE.

    Definitely Chrome.

I'm still getting it, but I just had the bright idea to log in with IE and it's fine.

I also didn't realize you could push past the screen of death - because while I can log in with IE - I stopped using IE in the first place because the typing in IE is all wonky and I can't type messages without wanting to blow my brains out (separate issue I know).

Everyone, make sure your browsers are up to date. Also be sure any additional software you use such as Java is running at the most up to date version as well.

I have the up to date Chrome...but when I tried to make sure java was up to date I got this message from the Java website:

We have detected you are using Google Chrome and might be unable to use the Java plugin from this browser. Starting with Version 42 (released April 2015), Chrome has disabled the standard way in which browsers support plugins. More info

I'm not computer savvy enough to know what to do with that. :ummm:

Okay. If you don't have Java, don't worry about trying to update it.

Is everyone that sees this using Google Chrome?
