Angus - Mixed Breed <3

This is my boy, Angus. I got him when he was 6 weeks old and was told he was a purebred AST. Clearly, that's a lie. He is the greatest dog ever... He has a very loving, affectionate and protective personality. He just turned 2 earlier this month.

Thank you!

He's recovering from a torn cruciate, so he's not able to be as active as he'd like, but we're definitely making huge strides in his recovery. We opted for no surgery and only conservative management. :)

My boyfriend actually picked him out. I wasn't present, otherwise I'd have a better idea on his mix. My boyfriend said the dad was there and there were pictures of the mom.

Jason had actually picked out a different make pup. Angus was at the bottom of a puppy pile, but pushed his way to the top. As soon as Jason saw Angus, he said he just knew that was the puppy to bring home to me. He put down the other puppy and grabbed Angus. He said that Angus looked the most like the dad.

My dad ended up taking the other male puppy and my mom took two female pups.

He's a very handsome boy!

Good luck with the CCl recovery!

Thank you! It's been an incredible journey so far. He's gone from being unable to use the leg to being able to walk/jog/hike for an hour without experiencing any discomfort. :) :)

Seeing as you dog is taking strides every day makes me happy. My 14 week old fractured her femur and I've opted for no surgery. I have her in strict bed rest. Been 2 weeks, going to the vet tomorrow, hope we get good news.
