I just have to share Summer's progress in the past couple of months. She went from 45 to 40 lbs (39-40 lbs is her normal weight) and gained a lot of muscle. Our main exercise is dragging, about 5 days a week, about 1 mile a day. We also do hiking and fetch on our off-days. Tonight and tomorrow we have our first competition since July and I can't wait to see how she does. Either way, I am so proud of my little worker.

Note, in the "after" pic, she is exhausted which is why she is slumping over... she's not normally hunched!

Thanks! This weekend we had the first 2 pulls we've had since we started the regimen and she did fantastic, she pulled 1250 for 32% on Sunday (she weighed in 38 lbs one day and 39 lbs the next, not sure what happened there lol.) A world of difference from quitting at 650 with clear frustration and lack of confidence at the end of June. When she was done this weekend, she just calmly sat down and looked at me, no backing up or barking. I'm so proud of her :)
