Default Help!!!

I need help my boyfriend and I are trying to find someone or some where to watch our 10 month old pit bull. We are trying to find a place to rent or rent to own and not a single place that we have looked at will let her live there. So we are stuck with moving back in with his parents because I am not willing to get rid of her. So here comes my problem, His parents apartment wont allow pit there. Not a single kennel that I have looked at will let her stay and none of our friends will watch her,so in other words im F*%&ed till we find a place. I have no clue what to do and my boyfriend is about to tell me we have to get rid of her. Please someone Help me.

As a matter of last resort, you might want to try kenneling at her vet's office (the most likely source to offer help).

It is going to be costly, and you best ensure that YOU exercise her, and spend time with her.

If boyfriend gives this ultimatim, dump his ass. You won't regret it ever.

Unless there is a human baby involved; I didn't think of that.

What about your parents? Job prospects? There is too much unknown to be able to offer any advice ... can you share more?

I thought about this overnight and I'm back again.

There are places on the internet for Pitbull lovers WITH VETERINARY RECOMMENDATION BECAUSE THEY WILL CARE FOR PITBULLS! Alot of these veterinarians will board your pet. I can't help shaking the feeling that you just haven't tried hard enough, Diamond. If this were a problem I was having, damn if every veterinarian and their dog (no pun intended) wouldn't be hearing from me. And I mean every last one of them. My phonebook would have marks through every person I had called.

I firmly believe someone would get sick enough of me...that they would just offer to shut me up by taking my pet.

Working in the veterinary field AND in a state that does NOT like Pitbulls...I feel like APBT-owners around here have it pretty hard when it comes to boarding there pets and there are LOTS of places that don't discriminate. Have you tried Banfield? They're usually inside of Petsmart and they are ALL OVER the country. Being a corporate business, they're not really allowed to discriminate state-to-state about which breeds they will and won't see. Their overall view is the same.

I was certain enough that Banfield would board your pet...that I called them. And I am RIGHT. Please call 763-424-3639. I managed to find the information I needed by visiting whitepages.com.

See? Finding a place to board your animal is simple.

I called them and they said she couldn't stay there for a month.

There is no human baby, I figured I would get the dog because i don't want to have a baby at 19. I feel like i can't even take care of my dog and the man. My parents have two labs there worried that diamond will hurt or kill there dogs. Which makes me mad since there half her size and she loves playing with other dogs.
